At GoTaxi, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure a smooth and reliable experience for all users. This Refund Policy explains the situations under which refunds are issued for cancelled rides or service failures.

Users can raise refund requests through the GoTaxi app:

  1. Navigate to My Rides > Ride History.
  2. Select the ride and click Request Refund.
  3. Provide a valid reason and upload screenshots or documents, if applicable.

Once submitted, our support team will verify and process the refund request.

3. Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the approval date. Refunds are credited to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
